We are so excited to relaunch our weekly lactation and infant feeding support group in a new, centrally located space. Join us for an hour of education, warm conversation, and compassionate support designed for you and your baby’s feeding journey. This group offers both professional lactation guidance and meaningful peer connection during the postpartum period.

What we offer:

• Weighted feeds to measure milk transfer
• Latch and positioning support
• Temporary pain relief and comfort techniques
• Guidance on how much your baby needs based on their unique weight and age
• Evidence-based breastfeeding and milk supply education
• Supportive peer-to-peer conversation
• Open Q&A — bring your feeding questions!

Please note:
Brief guidance on pumping and bottle-feeding technique may be offered; however, a full private consultation is recommended for in-depth support with topics such as bottle refusal, flange fitting, and complex feeding challenges.

Directions & Parking:
For stroller access, please drive past the main entrance of the building and park at the far end of the building on the right. Enter the building and proceed down the hall — elevators will be on your right. Take the elevator to the third floor. We are the first door on the right after exiting. Please refer to the parking photo below for guidance.

*If you are carrying only your baby or car seat, the front entrance is the quickest route to the elevator.
