As a helping professional, it is essential to take the time for your own self care; this class will help you identify what already works to support you, what gets in the way of caring for yourself, and offer new ways to connect and attend to your own needs. If you are feeling worn down, uninspired or just generally could use some extra love, come spend an hour and a half focused just on you. Jenessa is passionate about supporting caregiving professionals so they can sustain their empathy, ability to connect, and energy to do compassionate caring work.
