Classes are designed for experienced parents; parents preparing to birth again. Birthing Again is a refresher class for parents who are new to or familiar with Birthing from Within practices.  These classes will introduce or review several Birthing From Within pain-coping practices as well as allow an opportunity to work through any feelings or memories from your last birth that may be hindering your confidence as you prepare for this labor and birth. You may just be looking for a way to connect with your partner, this pregnancy, and this baby or have an opportunity to begin to plan for how this will change and transform your family, either way you are sure to enjoy some uninterrupted time to focus on preparing for this birth. Taught by Janine Rivera.
