Spend some quality time with your baby and learn infant massage! You will have the opportunity to learn the benefits and practice the techniques. Infant massage promotes bonding and a sense of peace and security for your baby. It can also provide relief for gastrointestinal pain or discomfort, colic, restlessness and sleeplessness. You will find that both you and your baby will leave these classes feeling a bit more blissful than when you walked in the door!

This class is ideal as a series but is also offered as a drop-in. The class is very baby-friendly; the atmosphere is casual and relaxed. All babies are welcome but newborns to pre-crawlers are best suited for this class.
