This introductory class will provide an overview about infant massage, which is a natural way to promote bonding and provide a sense of peace and security for your baby. You will have the opportunity to see a demonstration of some of the strokes that can provide relief for gastrointestinal pain or discomfort, colic, restlessness and sleeplessness. These techniques encourage overall development and create another wonderful way for you to interact with your baby and communicate love!
For a more in-depth infant massage class with direct hands-on practice, please sign-up for the month-long series. These classes offer a very special uninterrupted time to connect with your baby. You will find that both you and your baby will leave these classes feeling a bit more blissful than when you walked in the door! Both classes are very baby-friendly; the atmosphere is casual, positive, and relaxed and are appropriate for babies ages 2 weeks to precrawlers.
