Friends and clients are often asking me questions about sleep patterns for infants/babies and how to get their little gems to fall asleep in their own rooms. While transitioning from co-sleeping or room sharing can sometimes be difficult (both on mom and baby), there are a few ways to make this transition a little easier. The last two posts from one of my favorite websites, Secrets of Baby Behavior, dealt with this particular issue.
